The program enhances decision-making skills under uncertainty, effective engagement with key stakeholders, and the development of high-performing teams.


Key elements of the program include in-depth analysis of real business cases, strategic sessions, modules on leadership and innovation management, as well as peer-to-peer learning among participants from diverse industries. EMBA Program Structure
The EMBA program consists of 10 modules, 90 practical seminars, and one off-site (immersion) module. The total number of credits required for graduation is 120 credits. The duration of the program is 1-1.5 years (3-4 trimesters).
